Plaintiff Julie Anderson Turner appeals from a jury verdict for defendant Amy Nelson on Turners negligence claim. Turner contends that the trial court abused its discretion by not allowing her to call a "rebuttal" witness whom she had not listed on her pretrial designation of witnesses. She further asserts that the trial court erroneously allowed Nelson to add a nonparty, Salt Lake City, to the verdict form in order to have the jury apportion its fault. We affirm the trial court.
